Set was working fine but suddenly stopped working or unable to log in Singapore.  

Please check if your set is purchased from an authorised reseller distributed by Trekvue Pte Ltd. Some sets purchased for use in other regions may not operate properly in Singapore. If you are experiencing this issue please send an email to warranty@trekvue.com with the following information: serial number (found below M7 device), date of purchase and location where you purchased from.
